Egg Bruschetta with Salmon Roe and Dill
Ingredients:
Method:
- In a bowl mix mayonnaise, mustard, dill and season to taste with salt and pepper
- Add eggs, lightly smash with a fork and mix through the mayonnaise mixture
- Spoon onto the toasted bread and garnish with salmon roe and extra dill sprigs. Serve immediately
Tips & Hints:
- Hard-boiled eggs are easiest to peel right after cooling. Cooling causes the egg to contract slightly in the shell
