Melon Daiquiri
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. For best results use the KitchenAid Artisan Diamond Blender
  2. Place ice cubes into the glass jar of the blender and cover. Select the symbol for ice crushing, process until ice is roughly chopped
  3. Add fruit, lime juice, rum, orange liqueur and sugar
  4. Cover and select the liquefy pad. Process until just smooth
  5. Serve immediately in your favourite cocktail glasses
Tips & Hints:
  • Makes 4. The ingredient cap (situated in the cover of the blender) is excellent for measuring liquid ingredients.
