If you love a Daiquiri and the very sophisticated drink of the ‘thirty somethings’ the Cosmopolitan…. then this frozen delight will be considered heaven in a cocktail glass. This recipe uses the KitchenAid Artisan Diamond Blender.

Method:
  1. For best results use the KitchenAid Artisan Diamond Blende
  2. Place the ice in the glass jar with a little of the cranberry juice and cover. Select the symbol for ice-crushing on the pad, process until the ice is roughly chopped
  3. Add the remaining ingredients, cover and select the liquefy pad. Process to desired consistency
  4. Serve immediately with a twist of lime in chilled cocktail glasses
