Method:
Macadamia Cheese
- Soak the macadamia nuts in 750 ml of water for at least one hour (up to four hours). Drain and rinse well
- Place the macadamia in a food processor; add the lemon juice, salt and pepper and pulse for a minute to combine
- Add 60ml of water and continue to process until smooth.
Tips & Hints:
- Can be stored in the fridge for 5 - 7 days
