Avocado Dip
  1. Peel avocadoes, remove seed and place flesh in food processor. Add ricotta, lemon zest and juice, parsley and blend
  2. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Serve with parmesan pita crisps
Tips & Hints:
  • Make your own pita crisps-cut pita in half and sprinkle with Perfect Italiano Traditional Parmesan Grated. Bake in hot oven for 5 minutes until crisp.
