Banana Nice-Cream Three Ways
Ingredients:
Banana Nice-Cream Chocolate
Banana Nice-Cream Passionfruit
Banana Nice-Cream Choc Nut
Method:
Banana Nice-Cream Chocolate
- Slice the bananas and freeze overnight or until firm
- Add frozen banana, natural yoghurt, cacao and maple syrup to the food processor. Blend until smooth and all the ingredients are combined
- Place the nice-cream in a sealed container. Sprinkle extra cacao on top
- Freeze until set
Banana Nice-Cream Passionfruit
- Slice the bananas and freeze overnight or until firm
- Add frozen banana, desiccated coconut and natural yoghurt to food processor, blend until smooth and all ingredients are combined
- Stir through the passionfruit pulp
- Place the nice-cream in a sealed container. Drizzle the extra passionfruit pulp on top
- Freeze until set
Banana Nice-Cream Choc Nut
- Slice the bananas and freeze overnight or until firm
- Add frozen bananas, peanut butter and natural yoghurt to the food processor. Blend until smooth and all the ingredients are combined
- Stir through the crushed peanuts and chocolate chips
- Place the nice-cream in a sealed container. Sprinkle extra chocolate and peanuts on top
- Freeze until set
Tips & Hints:
- If you wish to make more or less nice-cream you can adjust the ingredients according to the amount you desire.
