Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Heat oil in a large deep pan over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes or until slightly softened
  2. Add mince and cook, breaking up the lumps until brown and crumbly. Stir in Mexican spice mix and cook for another minute
  3. Add condensed tomato soup, canned tomatoes, beans and water. Partially cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until meat has cooked and sauce has thickened. Serve with steamed rice, sour cream and corn chips. Garnish with chopped coriander

Should have knew the recipe wasn't going to be great since it had barely and seasoning and it uses condensed soup... Edible but this won't impress anyone including yourself.

I thought I should give this recipe a try since a lote of my friends make it for their kids and I love Rosella soup. It works great but I would like to know if I can freeze leftovers becuase I would probably make a lot and save it for other meals. Thank you
