Chocolate Souffles
- Combine the chocolate with the sugar, flour, Marsala and vanilla. Whisk through the yolks
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold gently through the chocolate mixture. Spoon into greased 1 cup souffle dishes
- Bake in a moderately hot oven 190°C for 13-15 minutes or until well risen. Serve yummy chocolate dessert immediately
