Chocolate Souffles
  1. Combine the chocolate with the sugar, flour, Marsala and vanilla. Whisk through the yolks
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold gently through the chocolate mixture. Spoon into greased 1 cup souffle dishes
  3. Bake in a moderately hot oven 190°C for 13-15 minutes or until well risen. Serve yummy chocolate dessert immediately
