Ingredients:
Chipotle Lime Cream
Coleslaw
Fish Tacos
Method:
Chipotle Lime Cream
  1. To make the cream sauce, combine chipotle, aioli and lime juice in a medium sized bowl. Season and whisk until combined
Coleslaw
  1. In a medium bowl, add coleslaw ingredients and mix to combine
Fish Tacos
  1. Mix the flour with the seasoning and coat the fish pieces
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick frypan over a medium high heat. Gently fry fish in batches, cleaning the pan in between each batch and repeat until all fish is cooked. Keep warm
  3. Serve tacos filled with coleslaw, topped with fish, chipotle sauce, extra coriander and squeeze of lime
  4. Serve with Mount Franklin water
Tips & Hints:
  • We used monkfish. Flathead would also work well

To the previous comment. You might want to check your facts first, these are tortillas. They are different but the ingredient is right. I buy them all the time. Otherwise thanks for the yum recipe

The picture shows something other than stand and stuff tortillas, why do you do that??? It just confuses people, what you are showing is something completely different.
