Tuna Stuffed Avocado
  1. Take each half of the avocado and scoop out the hole where the seed has been removed to make it slightly bigger
  2. Roughly chop the removed avocado flesh, add it to a medium sized bowl
  3. Add all remaining ingredients, including seasoning. Stir to combine
  4. Carefully spoon the tuna mix onto the avocado halves, dividing evenly
  5. Finish with a sprinkle tops with sesame seeds
