Pomegranate Dressing
  1. Combine the salad dressing ingredients in a small bowl, whisk to combine. Set aside
White Peach Salad
  1. On a heated and oiled grill pan or medium high heat BBQ, grill peach wedges until lightly charred on both sides. Set aside
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except micro herbs. Add dressing
  3. Plate salad onto a platter and sprinkle with micro herbs
