Ham Mac and Cheese Pot Pies
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Pre-heat oven 180°C. Grease 4 individual 1.5 cup capacity ramekins
  2. Heat butter in a large heavy based saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring, 1 minute or until soft
  3. Stir in the flour and cook for another minute. Slowly stir in the milk and continue to stir until the mixture thickens, about 4 minutes
  4. Reduce heat to low and add the cheese. Stir to combine. Season
  5. Gently stir in the ham and pre-cooked pasta. Transfer to prepared ramekins and sprinkle over the bread crumbs (and chives, to garnish)
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden
  7. Serve with Mount Franklin water
