Pear, Salami and Cheese Skewers
Ingredients:
Method:
- Using a melon baller, roll 12 balls from pears.
- Cut cheese into 2cm cubes.
- Fold a salami slice in half and thread onto a small 12cm long skewer. Add a pear ball and cheese cube.
- Repeat with remaining pear, cheese and salami, alternating ingredients.
- Place onto a plate and serve.
Tips & Hints:
- This is a great, quick little snack to make and share with friends with a glass of wine. Can be quickly made with ingredients that are usually in your fridge.
