Grilled Pear and Haloumi Prosciutto Wraps

Method:
- Cut the haloumi into 20 even sized sticks
- Cut the prosciutto in half lengthways. Place a wedge of pear, a stick of haloumi and a sage leaf onto each slice of prosciutto. Roll the pancetta around in a spiral
- Heat a non stick pan and place the wraps into the pan, cook on all sides until the prosciutto is brown and beginning to crisp
- Serve with lime wedges to squeeze over the wraps
