Roasted Cinnamon and Maple Pear Chips
Ingredients:
Method:
- Preheat oven to 120°C. Grease and line two oven trays
- Slice pears very fine on a mandolin or use a very sharp knife. Remove stems and seeds, if desired
- Place all ingredients into a medium sized bowl and carefully mix to combine
- Place on the two trays, in a single layer, not over lapping
- Bake for 20 minutes, turn and bake for a further 20, or until dry and crisp. Remove from oven
- Remove from trays when cool. Serve with a cheese platter

- Store in an airtight container up to 2 days
