Spiced Avocado Toast
Ingredients:
Spiced Avocado Toast
1 ripe avocado, mashed
5 slices wholemeal bread
1tsp lime juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Ground cumin
Chilli flakes (optional)
Method:
Spiced Avocado Toast
Toast the slices of breads for 2-3 mins or until golden
Add lime juice into the avocado mash, mix well
Season with salt & pepper to taste
Spread the mixture on the toast and sprinkle with cumin and chilli
Put back in the oven for a minute or two and serve immediately
