Method:
Avocado and Bacon
  1. On top of sourdough place fanned sliced avocado and top with crisp chopped bacon, chilli flakes and aioli

  1. On top of sourdouch place mashed avocado with torn bocconcini, chopped cherry tomatoes (toss in olive oil) and finish off with a drizzle of basil pesto and fresh basil

  1. On top of sourdough placed smashed avocado, crumbled feta, pomegranate seeds and serve with chopped almonds

  1. On top of sourdough add sliced avocado, beans, coriander, red or spring onion, coriander and sour cream
