Method:
Avocado and Bacon
- On top of sourdough place fanned sliced avocado and top with crisp chopped bacon, chilli flakes and aioli
Avocado, bocconcini and pesto toast
- On top of sourdouch place mashed avocado with torn bocconcini, chopped cherry tomatoes (toss in olive oil) and finish off with a drizzle of basil pesto and fresh basil
Avocado and feta
- On top of sourdough placed smashed avocado, crumbled feta, pomegranate seeds and serve with chopped almonds

- On top of sourdough add sliced avocado, beans, coriander, red or spring onion, coriander and sour cream

- On top of sourdough add sliced avocado with soft boiled egg and finish off a sprinkling of chives
