- Place acai pulp, frozen banana, frozen blueberries, apple juice and half the avocado in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth
- Top with remaining avocado, fresh blueberries and mango. Sprinkle with granola and hemp seeds to serve

- Frozen acai pulp is made from small, purple berries that grow on palm trees native to South America. It is available in the freezer section of major supermarkets
