Method:
Sweet Potato Toast Topped with Mashed Avocado, Chicken and Aioli
- Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line an oven tray with baking paper Arrange slices on tray. Spray with oil and season to taste. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden and tender
- Spread toasts with avocado. Top with spinach and chicken, Drizzle with aioli. Serve immediately
Tips & Hints:
- You can also cook toasts in a sandwich press (between 2 sheets of baking paper) for about 5 minutes until browned and tender.
