Method:
Chicken & Noodle Salad
  1. Cook noodles as instructions on the pack. Drain, and refresh under cold water
  2. Combine the noodles, cucumber, carrots, green onions, mint and a little of the dressing in a large salad bowl
  3. Toss gently, making sure the noodles are separated and combined with the rest of the ingredients
  4. Season with salt and pepper, and pour over the remaining dressing, mixing well, making sure the noodles are well coated
Tips & Hints:
  • Variation-substitute with any kind of noodles, if desired. Substitute Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Regular Soy or Gluten Free Soy if desired
Lime & Soy Dressing
  1. To make the dressing, combine all ingredients in a glass screw-top jar and shake well to dissolve the sugar
