Family Favourite Hamburgers
- Combine mince and egg in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Divide into 4 equal portions. Shape portions into 10cm-wide patties
- Cook patties in a non-stick frying pan for 4 minutes each side or until cooked through
- Toast buns. Top bottom halves with lettuce, meat patty, tomato and red cabbage. Top with a dollop of Birch & Waite Aioli Garlic Mayonnaise and remaining bun halves
