Pork and Fennel Sausage Pasta

Method:
- Prepare Bacon Carbonara Pasta & Sauce according to stovetop directions on packet
- Heat a large, non-stick frying pan over a medium to high heat. Add sausages and cook, turning occasionally, for about 8 minutes, or until browned and almost cooked. Remove. Cut sausages on an angle in thick slices
- Add sausages back to pan, then add tomatoes and peas
- Add cooked Pasta & Sauce to the sausage mix and stir over a low heat for about 2 minutes until hot and peas are tender.
- Garnish with extra parsley. Serve immediately
