ANZAC Apple Plum Crumble

Filling
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Place the apples, plums, malt syrup, sweetener and cinnamon in a large bowl and mix to combine.
  3. Transfer into a ovenproof pie dish.
Tips & Hints:
  • If you don't have plums, replace with extra apples, berries or quinces!
Crumble
  1. To make the crumble topping place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until just combined.
  2. Spoon the crumble mixture over the filling and place the dish on a large baking tray. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the crumble is golden and the apples are soft.
Tips & Hints:
  • Best served with homemade custard.
