Blueberry, Cranberry & Mint Crush

Ingredients:

1/4 cup lime juice

1 1/2 cups cranberry juice

1 1/2 cups Creative Gourmet frozen Blueberries

10 mint leaves + extra leaves to serve

1/2 cup crushed ice

Lime slices, to serve

Method:

Place lime juice, cranberry juice, frozen blueberries and 10 mint leaves in a blender. Blend until smooth
Add ice. Blend until well combined. Pour into 2 tall glasses, add lime slices and extra mint leaves and serve

Tips & Hints:

This healthy refreshing drink is perfect for lazy warm afternoons. Add a splash of vodka if liked.
