Cashew and Cranberry Fudge
  1. COMBINE chocolate and condensed milk in a saucepan and stir over a low heat until melted and smooth. Add cashew spread and stir until combined
  2. POUR into a lined 28cm x 18cm slice pan and stud with cashews and cranberries. Refrigerate until set. Cut into pieces and serve
