Easy Peasy Chicken Curry
  1. Put chicken, flour and curry powder into a large zip-lock bag and massage until well coated
  2. Place EasySear pan onto stovetop and preheat for 2 to 3 minutes over medium high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of the oil. Cook the chicken for 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned. Transfer to a plate and set aside. Repeat with 1 tablespoon of the oil and remaining chicken
  3. Put onion, sweet potato, celery, garlic and remaining oil into EasySear pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until light brown. Return chicken to pan and mix well

  5. Stir in spinach, cover and cook for 5-10 minutes or until spinach is soft. Serve with steamed rice and naan bread
  6. For best results, make with the Breville Flavour Maker Slow Cooker

Love this recipe - as someone who doesn't eat much spicy/hot food, this is very mild (used Clive of India curry powder). The whole family loved it, delicious and healthy.
