Lactose Free Margherita Pizza
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (fan forced) and lightly grease a 30cm pizza tray.
  2. Roll out pizza dough or place store bought pizza base onto prepared tray and spread the pizza sauce evenly over leaving a 1cm edge.
  3. Sprinkle pizza cheese and oregano over the top. Drizzle with a little olive oil.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden. Top with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately with a fresh side salad.
Tips & Hints:
  • For fresh pizza dough bases, use one third of the fresh home-made pizza dough recipe (link to pizza dough) and roll out to form a 30cm circle.
  • If using store bought pizza bases, choose bases that are 30cm in diameter and adjust the cook time to 8-10 minutes.
