Great recipe to make macadamia cheese from scratch at home. Dairy free and healthy cheese alternative for lactose intolerant cheese lovers.

Macadamia Cheese
  1. Soak the macadamia nuts in 750 ml of water for at least one hour (up to four hours). Drain and rinse well
  2. Place the macadamia in a food processor; add the lemon juice, salt and pepper and pulse for a minute to combine
  3. Add 60ml of water and continue to process until smooth.

  • Can be stored in the fridge for 5 - 7 days
