Method:
Passionfruit Mango Tiramisu
- Beat the PHILLY and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth, stir through the passionfruit
- Quickly toss 5 of the biscuits in the combined liqueur and juice, then place into the base of a fully lined 24 x 13 x 6cm loaf pan. Top with 1/3 of the PHILLY mixture and half the mango
- Repeat the process with another 5 biscuits, 1/3 of the PHILLY and remaining mango. Top with remaining 5 biscuits and remaining PHILLY. Cover and chill overnight before serving
- Gently remove the Tiramisu from the pan. Carefully remove the lining paper, cut into 8 slices and place onto serving plates with fresh fruit. Drizzle with additional passionfruit pulp and serve immediately
