Pear and Smoked Chicken Wraps

- Trim and blanch the asparagus spears, drain and allow to cool
- Slice the chicken breasts and pears
- In a small bowl mix together the cream cheese, horseradish and season with salt and pepper
- Lay the mountain bread out on a board and spread with the cheese mixture. Place a layer of baby spinach on each mountain bread slice and then divide the fresh herbs evenly between the wraps
- Layer the smoked chicken, asparagus and pear slices over the wraps
- Firmly roll the wraps, then wrap in plastic wrap, refrigerate for 1 hour
- When ready to serve, remove the wrap and slice
- Wraps are a great lunch box idea or can be sliced into rounds and served as a canape
