Peppered Wonton Crackers

- Arrange wonton wrappers on lightly buttered baking trays. Brush the top side of each wonton with butter and then sprinkle with pepper
- Bake at 180°C for 4-6 minutes or until crisp. Cool on a wire rack before storing in an airtight container until required
Tips & Hints:
- We used white wonton wrappers which give the best result, but yellow wontons also work well. These crackers take little effort and look sensational next to a cheese platter!
- They are also very cost effective compared to bought gourmet crackers. For a flavour variation try sesame or nigella seeds.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
