Coarsely grind the spices and salt in a mortar and pestle then transfer to a small saucepan and add butter and honey. Warm over low heat until butter has melted and mixture is bubbling
Stir nuts into the warm butter mixture until well coated and spread in a single layer on a baking paper lined oven tray. Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and glossy
Cool on tray to room temperature before transferring to an airtight jar or container
