Prawn Salad with Fennel and Orange

Ingredients:

500g cooked prawn cutlets

2 oranges, peeled, and sliced

1-2 medium fennel bulbs, trimmed and very finely sliced

1/2 bunch curly endive

1/2 small white salad onion, finely sliced

1/3 cup ZOOSH Mighty Balsamic Splash Light Dressing

Method:

COMBINE all the ingredients on a large platter and gently toss through the dressing.
Serve immediately.
