Scrambled Eggs With Smoked Salmon

- In a small bowl, lightly beat eggs, chives and Vitasoy Soy Milky Regular together until combined. Stir in smoked salmon pieces and mix gently to combine. Heat a small, 15cm non stick frypan over medium heat until hot then turn off the heat
- Pour egg mixture into frypan. Gently move egg with spoon or spatula. Don't let egg settle. Remove from heat while egg is still slightly wet-looking. Serve with gluten free toast
