Move over old recipes for French toast. We are now introducing vegan French toast which is just as easy and even more delicious! Serve with fresh berries and maple syrup for the ultimate breakfast!

Vegan French Toast
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. To make the batter, whisk together the soy milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and flour until combined. Set it aside
  2. Heat a non-stick frying pan until very hot and spray with oil. Dip a piece of bread into the batter and coat each side
  3. Place into pan and fry for 1 to 2 minutes on each side until brown and crispy. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with remaining bread. Serve immediately with fresh berries and extra maple syrup

I am just a kid but I made this French toast today and it was so delicious! I topped it with maple syrup and a little powdered sugar. Thanks for this recipe!
