Vegan Chocolate Hazelnut Granola Recipe

Method:
- Preheat oven to 200°C/ 160°C (fan forced) . Line a large baking tray with baking paper
- In a large bowl, add the oats, hazelnuts, dates and shredded coconut and stir until combined
- Combine melted coconut oil, cocoa, maple syrup and salt. Pour over granola ingredients and toss to coat. Spoon mixture onto prepared baking paper in an even layer
- Bake 10 minutes stirring once after about 5 minutes until it becomes slightly crispy. Allow to cool for 20 minutes before serving. Serve with Soy Milky Lite for a delicious breakfast treat!
