Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Heat oil, then sear chicken in a hot pan
  2. Add Sri Lankan Coconut & Cashew Chicken simmer sauce and stir until bubbling
  3. Turn heat down and simmer for 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through
  4. Stir through coconut milk and cook for further 5 minutes
  5. Serve with steamed Basmati rice, lime wedges, coriander and coconut flakes
