Sticky Chicken and Noodles
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. COMBINE the oyster sauce, VEGEMITE, kecap manis and ginger then add the chicken and stir to coat. Place the chicken on a baking paper lined baking tray and bake in a very hot oven on 220°C, turning once, for 15-20 minutes or until cooked
  2. COMBINE the oil, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil and sugar. Toss through the noodles, vegetables, chilli and sesame seeds and serve immediately with chicken

I loved this recipe. Easy, deliciously fresh flavours and impressive looking with little work. Most of the preparation can be done in advance if sharing with friends. I added coriander as a garnish, but didn't need to make any other changes as it was perfect as per the recipe.

I altered it a bit but I loved it. I pan fried the chicken and I would add more mirin and sugar next time and use half the amount of ginger too. I used Promite instead of Vegemite as I hate Vegemite. And I used Hokkein Noodles ❤️
