Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat.
  2. Add chicken in batches and cook for 2-3 minutes or until browned but not cooked through.
  3. Add Passage to Asia, Thai Green Curry Sauce and coconut milk. Simmer and reduce for 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Add snow peas and beans in last few minutes to cook but not soften.
  5. Serve with Jasmin or Basmati Rice.
  6. Garnish with red chilli, lime wedges, coriander and Thai basil if using.
