Passionfruit Icing

Biscuits
  1. Preheat oven to 190C/170C fan forced. Grease three oven trays with Fairy.
  2. Melt Fairy in a saucepan over a low heat. Add golden syrup and stir until combined. Place sugar and half the sifted flour in a bowl.
  3. Add egg and melted Fairy mixture and stir until combined. Add remaining sifted flour and mix in evenly. Use your hand to mix together. Roll half tablespoons of mixture into balls and place on trays, 5cm apart.
  4. Bake for 10-12 or until golden. Cool for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Passionfruit Icing
  1. Beat Fairy in the bowl of an electric mixer until creamy, add icing sugar, ¼ cup at a time, and beat between additions. Add juice and seeds and stir until combined.
  2. Sandwich biscuits together with icing. Dust with icing sugar and serve.
Tips & Hints:
  • Store nana’s kisses in an airtight container in a cool place for 5 days.
