Method:
Sticky Chinese Cornfed Chicken Drumsticks
- Preheat oven to 200 C (180 C fan forced)
- Whisk together all of the ingredients until well combined
- Put the cornfed chicken into an oven proof dish, cover and cook for 15 minutes. Remove cover, baste and cook for a further 15 minutes or until cooked through
- Garnish with green onions and serve with steamed rice
