Coconut, Mango and Lime Gelato

Ingredients:

600g fresh mango flesh, chopped and frozen

1 lime, peeled, seeds removed, halved

3/4 cup chilled, organic coconut milk

1 tablespoon rice malt syrup

Method:

For the best results, use The Boss™ by Breville
Place ingredients into blender jug and secure lid
Blend for 40 seconds or until smooth and combined. Use wand to press ingredients into the blades
Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for up to 2 weeks.
