Spicy Vindaloo Beef Ribs
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Heat half the oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Add beef ribs and brown all over. Set aside.
  2. Heat remaining oil. Add onion and cook for 3-5 minutes or until softened. Add Vindaloo simmer sauce and bring to the simmer. Add beef ribs and turn until coated with sauce. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 1 - 1.5 hour or until beef is tender.
  3. When ready to serve, prepare Passage to India Pilaf microwave rice.
  4. Spoon cooked rice onto serving plates, top with ribs and sauce and serve with carrot, corriander and rice

A few dependable kitchen tools can make Vindaloo Beef Ribs easier to prepare, from deep sauté pans for slow-simmered sauces to durable saucepans for tender ribs. Compact food choppers and rice cookers also help make prep quicker and more manageable.
