Quick Balinese Beef and Vegetable Curry
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Brown the beef in two batches. Transferring each batch to a plate.
  2. Heat remaining oil in the pan over medium heat (if required). Add onion and cook, stirring often, for 4 minutes or until tender.
  3. Add capsicum and beans and cook, stirring often, for 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in Passage to India Balinese Simmer Sauce and coconut milk. Bring to a gentle boil. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Add beef and juices. Stir to combine. Simmer for 2 minutes until hot.
  6. Serve with rice, peanuts and lime wedges.
