These sticky American style chicken wings are made with a deliciously tangy Carolina style mustard rub and sauce. It's quick and easy, great for dinner or a party.

Carolina Style Sticky Chicken Wings
  1. Preheat oven 200°C
  2. Sprinkle Carolina Style BBQ seasoning sachet over chicken wings and toss to coat evenly
  3. Place chicken wings onto a lined sheet tray in a single layer and roast for 20 minutes
  4. Brush wings with half the finishing sauce and turn over. Cook a further 15-20 minutes or until wings are sticky, golden and cooked through
  5. Serve immediately with remaining sauce, mayonnaise and lime wedges
Tips & Hints:
  • If buying already trimmed chicken wings, purchase only 1kg.
  • Use wing tips to make healthy stocks and soups.
