Family Friendly Fried Rice
Ingredients:
Method:
- Heat half of the oil in a large non-stick fry pan over medium heat. Add the eggs and swirl to coat the pan. Cook gently until just set. Slide egg out of pan and set aside. Chop roughly
- Heat remaining oil in the pan, add the onion, ginger and garlic. Fry until soft. Add ham and fry 1 minute
- Add frozen vegetables, stir for 1 minute. Add cold Sunrice Medium Grain White Rice and soy sauce. Stir fry for 2 minutes then add the eggs back into pan, add shallots and stir until combined and the vegetables are cooked
- Top with remaining shallots and serve
Tips & Hints:
- Add sriracha for some zing or add shredded cooked chicken or pork to make a heartier meal.
