Italian Cheesy Baked Bean Baguettes
  1. Preheat grill
  2. Make a garlic butter by combining the butter, garlic and oregano in a small bowl. Set aside
  3. Warm the baked beans in a microwave safe bowl
  4. Carefully cut the baguettes lengthways, not cutting all the way through
  5. Lay flat with cut side up. Evenly spread the baguettes with the garlic butter and place under the grill for 2 mins or until lightly toasted
  6. Remove from the grill and divide the warmed baked beans between the baguettes, top with cheese and place back under the grill until the cheese has melted
  7. Serve topped with chives and seasoning if desired
