Potato Rosti Melt
  1. Place peeled and grated potato in a colander and squeeze out all moisture. Transfer to a large bowl and add butter. Season with salt and pepper
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, portion potato mix into handfuls before pacing in the pan. Turn each Rosti after 3-4 minutes ensuring they are golden brown on both sides
  3. Place Rosti's on a tray and top with Perfect Italiano 4 Cheese Melt. Place in an oven or under a grill until cheese has melted and it begins to brown. Remove and serve immediately
Tips & Hints:
  • Serve alongside eggs, smashed avocado, chutney or fresh tomato.
