Retro Curried Rice Salad
Ingredients:
Method:
- COMBINE the rice, capsicum, sultanas and spring onions in a serving bowl.
- Whisk together the dressing and curry powder and stir through the salad. Chill.
- Just prior to serving toss through the cashews. Serve immediately
Tips & Hints:
- For a delicious addition toss through some chopped fresh or well drained canned pineapple.
