Method:
- De Costi Salt & Pepper Squid you can either deep or pan fry. Deep fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. When pan frying, have the pan lightly oiled and cook for 2-3 minutes turning and repeating
- De Costi Crumbed Whiting Fillets you can either pan fry or oven bake. When pan frying have the pan lightly oiled and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Oven bake at 180°C for 6 minutes
- De Costi Cooked & Peeled Prawns are to be served how they are, they don't need to be cooked
- Serve on a plate with your favourite dipping sauce and wedged lemon
